Cowboy Style – Made from Top Round Steak with a hint of smoke (not much), hint of sweetness (not much) and a little bit of zing towards the end (not much). Tender bite and chew characteristics. This well rounded flavor makes for one of the top sellers.

Jamaican – Made from Top Round Steak. Great meaty flavor. Some sweetness. While some Jamaican Jerk seasonings will blow your head off, ours will not change your day. Just a little bit of spice while still offering a great Jamaican style flavor. Tender bite and chew.
