Croghan Bologna from Croghan Meat Market in Northern New York, is a unique ring shaped bologna combining an old family recipe of spices and quality meats to make a wholesome bologna.  The bologna is coarse ground to provide texture and is like no bologna you’ve ever tried before – with real rich flavors, smoked over native hardwood, and the finest ingredients. Croghan, as in almost all traditional handmade bologna, has an outer casing that is made from natural casing and can be cut and then peeled off to enjoy all the rich flavors inside! This product accompanies a buttery cracker and slice of sharp cheese to make the ultimate, high quality and traditional appetizers.

The fine quality flavor and unique ring-like shape of Croghan Bologna began in 1888 when Swiss immigrant Fred Hunziker brought a smoked beef recipe with him to northern New York. He founded the Croghan Meat Market and began preparing his bologna the same way it was made in Switzerland!
